-Why do talented Virgin Islanders leave and how do we bring their talents back?
The competition is open to students who are between the ages of 17-22. Must be enrolled in a Virgin Islands high school or any accredited university. Application can be retrieved from your guidance counselors. Winners will receive Scholarship monies to further their education.
