In addition to the numerous rules and regulations, the VIDOL offers a host of services from consultation to training which can assist in developing your workforce.  

Advertise your vacancies with our labor exchange VIeWS (Virgin Islands Electronic Workforce System). 

Participate in OJT (On the job training) programs. 

Get consultations or workshops on fair employment guidelines, adjudication process, and equal opportunity employment.

Filing and paying unemployment insurance taxes in the Virgin Islands.

If you are interested in developing and training the Territory’s workforce you can become an eligible service provider.

 Conduct workshops on Worker’s Compensation eligibility, compliance, and legal matters.   Coming in the near future will be on line forms that can be filed electronically.

NOTE: There are two ways to post your job openings through the V.I. Department of Labor:

  1. Post directly into VIEWS. You must be a registered employer to post jobs in our electronic workforce system. To register log on to VIEWS. If you need assistance posting a job, please send an e-mail and a business services representative will contact you.
  2. Complete a Job Order using the  Job Order FaxForm. E-mail the form  and a business services representative will contact you, or fax to the numbers on the form.
